‘Demon’ Drill Team

What is Drill Team?

We take drill to the limits! Drill Team is for those cadets who aim to be the best of the best in drill, dress, and deportment. This team learns and practices advanced drill movements with extreme precision. In competition, the Drill Team is scored based on their ability to perform a set ‘compulsory’ routine, and their execution of a self-made ‘precision’ drill routine.

Who can join the Drill Team?

We are currently open to all cadets who are interested in trying out! A sign up will be posted end of September to join.

When does Drill Team practice?

Drill team practices Wednesdays at Erma Stephenson Elementary School. More details are posted on our Squadron Calendar.

The 767 Dearman Demon Drill Team is founded on exemplary drill and dress. Every year 15 cadets are chosen through a tryout process to have a chance to be a part of this incredible team. The Demon Drill Team consistently place in top spots during their annual competition against other drill teams across the lower mainland and in the year of 2019, we placed 3rd place!
