Cloverdale Rodeo Parade
Dress: C1 Full Dress Uniform
767 Dearman Dragon Flight will be participating in the Annual Cloverdale Rodeo Parade. Cadets please be aware that you are to show up for 0800am. The city will close all roads in the surrounding area, so beware that if you are late you may not be able to get in.
Parents are welcome to park at the meeting location and stay to watch the parade. Cadets should leave their instrument cases with their vehicles if possible and arrive with their instruments set-up and ready to go.

Fort Langley May Day Parade
Dress: C1 Full Dress Uniform
The 767 Dearman Dragon Flight band will be participating in the 103rd Fort Langley May Day parade. Cadets are to show up to Fort Langley Elementary (8877 Bartlett St, Langley Twp, BC V1M 2S6)
Parents are welcome to park at the meeting location and stay to watch the parade. Cadets should leave their instrument cases with their vehicles if possible and arrive with their instruments set-up and ready to go.
Parade End Time: Approximately 1:00PM
If cadets are interested in attending the pancake breakfast it will be held at Lions Hall (23022 88 Ave) from 0800-1030 (8:00am - 10:30am) the cost will be $8.00/person.

Gliding
The meeting point for the gliding site will be at Gate 16 at the Pitt Meadows Regional Airport, which is located on the North side of the airport, off Ford Road, NOT AT THE TERMINAL BUILDING.
Participating cadets should wear appropriate civilian attire, and should be aware that the airfield environment can change from warm and comfortable to windy and miserably cold (and vice versa) within just a couple of hours and must bring a water bottle.
Participating cadets are asked to be at CFS Pitt Meadows no later than 08:30 am. The morning Fam Gliding operations will conclude by 12:00 PDT.

Awards Gala
2026 Awards Gala!
Tonight we celebrate all our hard work this past training year. We will gather to award cadets for their outstanding performance in different areas of the squadron.
Cadets are to arrive for 6 pm for appy’s and drinks. Then at 6:30 the grand hall will open and cadets will be seated by flight. There will be a photo booth to capture your memories and the awards will begin. Dinner will be served for 7pm, followed by dancing and dessert. Doors will close at 10 pm. Younger cadets are able to leave starting at 9:30 pm.

59th Annual Ceremonial Review
Only SSC, Adult Staff, Parade Positions, Markers, Band Members, Drill Team Members and MC’s will arrive at 8:30 am. Females: Hair should be done. Uniforms should be labeled and in a uniform bag, with boot boxes to change into after lunch. (Lunch will be provided for the above listed members). Please go to Parents/SSC tab to place your ACR lunch order.
All other cadets will arrive in C1( Full uniform) at 11 am for attendance and parade practice. These cadets will NOT be fed lunch and must eat before they arrive.
Family and guests are to arrive at 12:30 pm, as the parade will begin at 12:45pm. The reviewing Officer will march on at 1 pm. The parade will be approx 90 mins.
After the parade guests are welcomed to look at our static displays.
There will be juice and cake for the cadets after the parade before they go home. All cadets are expected to stay and help with the clean up of the arena and bleachers. We ask parents to pick up their children NLT than 4 pm, as we must clear the building.
Squadron FTX

This is a weekend long, overnight activity for cadets to learn and employ aircrew survival skills.
Parental Drop-Off & Pick-Up location is the Park & Ride parking lot at 108 Ave and 132 St (https://maps.app.goo.gl/GyKAUFzFKP4Hva1Q9)
Drop-Off Time: Friday, 05 June at 1700hrs
Pick-Up Time: Sunday, 07 June at approximately 1500hrs.

Camping, packable air mattress (not mandatory but preferred if you can bring your own).

Day two: will be Summer Dress
Please bring a laptop, notebooks, pens and a water bottle.

655 Dodgeball Tournament ADA
767 will be participating in the 10th annual 655 Ballistic Dodgeball Tournament!
Food is provided.
Transport to/from the location IS NOT provided.
All cadets should arrive NLT 0900hrs so they can be checked in for attendance at the entrance and for us to start our tournament briefings on time at 0930hrs. Please remind cadets that lunch will be slightly later at 1300hrs, so they may want to bring their own snacks and not be too hungry before lunch.
The tournament is expected to end at around 1600hrs, with most teams competing until the end to determine final seeding/placements. Semifinals and Finals will occur during the last hour.
